Preorder Policy

Preorder Duration : Preorders will be open for a specified duration allowing our customers ample time to secure their favorite pieces. All preorder items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. Units will be manufactured in the quantity of the orders received.

Payment : Full payment is required at the time of placing the preorder. This ensures commitment and helps cover production costs. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Production Time : Once the preorder period ends, production will begin. All our preorder items are 100% made to order and will take 4-6 weeks to ship after the last day of the preorder period.

Shipping : The expected shipping date for preorder items is subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing, and/or delivery. Once we receive the items, we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Updates : Regular updates will be provided to preorder customers via WhatsApp regarding the status of production and shipping timelines, ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Returns and Exchanges : Due to the nature of preorders and the custom production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation : Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items or services being rendered. All preorders made are considered as sold.

Limited Quantities : Please note that preorder slots are subject to availability, and quantities are limited. Items will be sold based on first-come first-serve basis. We encourage placing your preorder early.
